Tata Motors and BVG Foundation Collaborate to Boost Road Safety with New App

Mumbai, January 23, 2025:
In a significant step towards enhancing road safety and emergency response, Tata Motors Limited has partnered with the BVG Foundation to develop the Good Samaritan Road Safety App. This innovative initiative, launched during National Road Safety Month, aims to revolutionize the way road accidents are managed and victims are assisted.

The app, designed to integrate seamlessly with existing ambulance dispatch systems, is focused on reducing response times and ensuring timely medical intervention for road accident victims. It empowers users to act as Good Samaritans, providing critical support during emergencies through its intuitive interface.

Currently in its pilot phase, the app is being tested in Palghar District, Maharashtra, with plans for expansion across the state based on its success.
